Information You Enter
Names, phone numbers, and addresses typed into a search box are sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Dinuba Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact the operators, the message and any details included in it are used to answer the request.
Routine Technical Logs
Hosting services normally record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time stamps. Those logs may be reviewed in aggregate to maintain the reference and understand which Dinuba pages receive attention. Basic cookies, analytics, or advertising measurement may also operate where the hosting and search providers support them.
Why Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the pages, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve explanations. Visitor lists are not sold, and the reference does not intentionally build a personal profile of an individual reader.
Links Beyond Dinuba Directory
Pages link to Tulare County and California record portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search tools. Each outside service controls its own data practices and privacy terms. A submission made on another domain is governed by that provider's policy rather than this one.
Who Receives Technical Data
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs to keep the pages running. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic technical information described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. It is not otherwise released as a visitor list.
Security and Retention
The reference is delivered over an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here, subject to the practices of the hosting providers. There are no user accounts on Dinuba Residents Directory, so the service does not hold a password profile for a reader.
Visitors Under 18
The material is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The operators do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information through the contact route, a parent or guardian may ask for it to be removed.
California Privacy Choices
California Civil Code section 1798.105 addresses deletion rights, and section 1798.120 addresses the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. California's data-broker definition appears in section 1798.99.80(c). Because Dinuba Residents Directory keeps very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then deleting what is held when the law requires it. Requests can be sent through the Contact page.
California's DROP program launched in 2026 for a single deletion request directed to participating data brokers. A DROP submission does not remove an originating Tulare County or Dinuba public record, and a correction to a government source does not automatically remove copies held elsewhere. Requests about an assessor, recorder, court, election, or licensing record belong with that custodian.
Updates to This Policy
When the practices or legal references change, a revised policy will be posted here. Continued use of Dinuba Residents Directory after an update indicates acceptance of the revised wording.
